DMK supports Data Center clients with all aspects of Vendor Management Services. Having decades of project experience allows DMK to protect our clients from project delays and wasted cost. We have expert experience in the following areas:
- Recruit sub-contractors &vendors for the project
- Develop scopes of work for the project
- Coordinate all Request for Proposals (RFP’s)
- Participate in Contracts preparation& award
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with Vendor
- Review Vendor Safety Program & Compliance.
- Review vendor Quality Program & Compliance
- Review all Pay Applications for payment submission monthly
- Confirm insurance certificates are in place and up to date
- Manage all LLE with the vendors and suppliers
- Provide weekly/monthly project reports to include project pictures
- Conduct final walkthrough with vendor and completion of any punch list
