Alexander Sciacca
– VP of Business Development
Alexander Sciacca is our VP of DMK Business Development at DMK Project Solutions Services with over ten years of experience in business development, federal contracting, and IT infrastructure. He has supported full-lifecycle business development efforts- spanning opportunity identification, capture management, partner engagement, and proposal coordination. These efforts have taken place across both the public and private sectors.
His professional background includes roles at HarmonyTech, Bluescape, Cogent, and Cyxtera. In the federal space, Alexander has worked closely with government agencies to identify contract opportunities, support proposal efforts, and build strategic relationships. In the commercial sector, he has delivered infrastructure solutions such as data center and colocation services, as well as led the implementation of SaaS software deployments – ensuring alignment between technical solutions and client requirements.
Alexander brings a well-rounded skillset that includes strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. His diverse experience across government procurement and commercial delivery enables him to bridge operational needs with scalable solutions, contributing directly to DMK Project Solutions Services’ mission of providing innovative, client-focused services and driving sustained growth.
Maddie Sponseller
– Sr. Marketing Director
Maddie Sponseller brings nearly a decade of customer service expertise to her role as Sr. Marketing Director at DMK Project Solutions. With a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and client engagement, Maddie has a unique ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
Eager to bring her creativity and fresh perspective to the business world, Maddie is passionate about crafting compelling content, building authentic brand experiences, and driving growth through meaningful connections. Her energy, insight, and people-first approach make her a valuable asset to the DMK team as we continue to expand our reach and elevate our brand.

Alexa Blondin
– Executive Administrator
Alexa Blondin is the Executive Administrator at DMK Project Solution Services, where she supports growth initiatives through market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning. She brings experience from her previous role as a Senior Research Specialist at CNA, where she worked on large-scale U.S. Department of Justice initiatives, conducting interviews, developing findings and recommendations, and facilitating strategic planning with law enforcement agencies nationwide.
Alexa is known for her analytical approach and ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice.
Lynette Rosas
– Operations Specialist
Lynette Rosas is an emerging technology professional with a strong academic background and a growing portfolio of technical capabilities. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College, where she was recognized for her academic achievement and commitment to learning. With this foundation, she brings curiosity, adaptability, and a thoughtful approach to every project she contributes to.
Her experience touches various areas of modern technology, including software tools, foundational programming, and database concepts. She is comfortable navigating both creative and analytical work, and she enjoys roles that allow her to combine problem-solving with continuous learning. Alongside her technical development, she maintains a history of professional administrative experience that supports her commitment to responsibility, safety, and industry standards.
Fluent in multiple languages and skilled in communication, she values clarity, collaboration, and the ability to connect across different environments. Her coursework and hands-on practice have strengthened her ability to understand complex systems, work through challenges, and contribute meaningfully to team-based goals.

Hannah Shepley
– Marketing Associate
Hannah Shepley brings a unique blend of artistic vision and technical proficiency to the marketing team. With a bachelor’s degree in art and an emphasis in Graphic Design, she excels at integrating creative problem-solving into her daily workflows. Hannah’s diverse professional background spans administration, customer service, and management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on client needs and project execution.
A lifelong learner and tech enthusiast, she is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva. Hannah is dedicated to expanding her marketing expertise and leveraging her design roots to drive impactful results.
Cain Able
– Social Media Analyst
Cain Able recently joined DMK Project Solutions as a Social Media Analyst, bringing a strong foundation in digital strategy and creative development. Before joining DMK, Cain operated a freelance web development business, where he gained hands-on experience in designing websites, optimizing user experiences, and creating engaging content. This entrepreneurial background has equipped him with a unique perspective on blending creativity with technical precision.
In his current role, Cain focuses on social media analytics and content strategy while also supporting website operations to ensure DMK’s digital presence remains dynamic and user-friendly. His ability to combine data-driven insights with creative storytelling positions him to contribute meaningfully as he grows with the team.
