Lisa Bradford – CEO

Lisa is the CEO of DMK Project Solutions Services. DMK is focused on delivering high-caliber results for its client’s by implementing solution-oriented approaches and project execution. DMK understands that fostering positive working relationships with customers, municipalities, utilities, regulators, designers, general contractors and suppliers is the key to delivering projects seamlessly for clients.

Lisa brings 30 years of experience in consulting, sales, marketing, project management and real estate.  Lisa’s corporate experience began at Ford Motor Company, where she excelled across various disciplines and teams.  From a Dealership Consultant to Truck Marketing Manager to Communication Manager for the Ford Division President, Lisa’s corporate experience serves as both a foundation for building DMK and a vast inventory of skills and a long list of connections that can help DMK’s clients achieve their goals.

Her experience in real estate adds another layer to her multifaceted expertise, providing her with insights into property markets, negotiations, and asset management. She’s adept at spotting trends, assessing risks, and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. She assists clients in determining their goals and objectives and works relentless and creatively to help them achieve those goals.

Paul Bradford – President

PaulPaul is the President of DMK Project Solutions Services, a company that provides Owner Representation Services for Data Centers and AI infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Paul brings with him over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and has specialized in the unique complexities of building and operating Data Centers.

Being a proven technical expert and an inspirational leader, Paul is adept at bringing high-performance project teams together and negotiating with the best vendors for DMK’s Clients projects.

He integrates his expertise in development, power planning-utility coordination, infrastructure, design management, construction management, process development, financial administration, and business strategy to deliver results to mitigate emerging risks for clients.

Paul has a history of serving in multiple senior leadership capacities, building consensus among executive teams and stakeholders, and promoting transparency and influence positive changes. He is driven by his passion for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for DMK’s clients in the data center and AI industry.

Leisa is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in compliance with both Federal and State regulations, as well as Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional planning skills, Leisa ensures that all standards and regulations are met to the highest degree.

Recognizing the significance of teamwork and collaboration, Leisa seamlessly integrates her leadership prowess to inspire and motivate others. Her background includes valuable experience as a System Administrator, where she not only excelled in managing systems but also served as a reliable resource and mentor for her team, offering guidance on system issues, documentation, and problem-solving.

Furthermore, Leisa has adeptly acted as a liaison with various agencies, guaranteeing that concerns and grievances are swiftly and satisfactorily addressed. Her contribution extends to assisting in the development and implementation of quality improvement activities within the company. Leisa’s proficiency extends to crafting policies, procedures, protocols, forms, and in-service programs, showcasing her commitment to organizational excellence and efficiency.

When she is not working she loves spending time with family and is active in her Church and Community.
