Project Acceptance & Turnover Services

DMK supports Data Center clients with all aspects of Project Acceptance & Turnover Services. Having decades of project experience allows DMK to protect our clients from project delays and wasted cost. We have expert experience in the following areas:

  • DMK conducts and manages the Project Acceptance Walk throughs and meetings
  • Ensure all punch lists have been completed and accepted
  • Confirm the work completed is what was in the contract and project documents
  • Need to obtain Certificate of Occupancy from municipality
  • Review close-out documents to include schematics, operation manual, utilities instructions, attic stock and keys
  • Review and confirm all final invoicing and release of retainage
  • Verify all sub-contractors-vendors are paid in full
  • Notify all utilities of any needed updates to accounts
  • Conduct an end-of-project review to assess the projects successes and any areas of improvement
  • Facilitate project close-out and monitor the resolution of final walk-thru items, (i.e., punch list items)
  • DMK will ensure contractor and/or manufacturer warranties are activated
  • Manage the Contractor 30, 60, 90 day and 11-month warranty inspections are scheduled and completed

DMK support services are offered remote or on site as needed by the client.
All services are billed at an hourly rate.
