Project Management Services

DMK supports Data Center clients with all aspects of Project Management Services. Having decades of project experience allows DMK to protect our clients from project delays and wasted cost. We have expert experience in the following areas:

  • Assess the project life cycle, risks, costs, performance and quality to determine required actions
  • Provide oversight of the overall construction process with support to the on-site project team
  • Daily attention to contract deliverables, budget and schedule
  • Perform Risk Analysis as it relates to construction documents, plans, budget, and schedule
  • Oversee the design process, review drawings against program, conduct and participate in construct-ability reviews at each design phase
  • Create Monthly and Event Reporting for the owner
  • Create, coordinate and issue effective meeting minutes and other documentation for site progress meetings
  • Conduct Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) walks
  • Conduct Visual On-site Inspections to assess quality, workmanship, and performance to contract terms & conditions – contract enforcement
  • Review Contractor pay requests/draws to current progress of construction, installed materials, stored materials, and work quality
  • Prepare Progress Reports with photos to establish point in time progress baselines & deficiencies based on Visual On-site Inspections
  • Assess the project life cycle, risks, costs, performance and quality to determine required actions

DMK support services are offered remote or on site as needed by the client.
All services are billed at an hourly rate.
