Paul is the CEO and President of DMK Project Solutions Services, bringing over 40 years of construction experience with a specialized focus on data centers and AI infrastructure. He leads Owner Representation services from conception to completion, using expertise in development, power planning, utility coordination, construction management, and business strategy to help clients reduce risk. Outside of work, Paul enjoys building projects, spending time with his family, and supporting community service initiatives.

Kelly Sponseller

Executive Vice President

Kelly Sponseller is the Executive Vice President of Operations at DMK Project Solutions Services, bringing decades of experience in administration, corporate relations, recruiting, and operations management. Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and client focus, Kelly helps keep DMK’s internal systems, client relationships, vendor coordination, and project support functions running smoothly. Outside the office, Kelly enjoys antiquing, spending time with her family, and appreciating the history behind vintage pieces.

Greg Bradford

President of Construction

Greg Bradford is the President of Construction at DMK Project Solutions Services, overseeing Owner Representation and Consulting Services across development and construction projects. With over 30 years of experience, Greg brings deep expertise in utility coordination, infrastructure, design management, construction management, and project delivery, helping clients manage risk and execute complex projects successfully. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, supporting local associations, and participating in competitive shooting sports.

She is passionate about crafting compelling content, building authentic brand experiences, and using a people-first approach to help DMK expand its reach and strengthen its marketing presence. Her creativity, energy, and enthusiasm for learning make her a valuable part of the team. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys attending concerts, exploring tattoo art, and thrifting for unique pieces.

Cain Able

Social Media Specialist

Cain Able, also known as Jeremy Andre, serves as a Social Media Specialist at DMK Project Solutions Services, bringing experience in digital strategy, content creation, web development, and user experience design. Before joining DMK, Cain operated a freelance web development business, gaining hands-on experience building websites, improving digital experiences, and creating engaging online content. In his role, he supports social media analytics, content strategy, and website operations to help strengthen DMK’s digital presence. Outside of work, Cain enjoys building web projects, exploring emerging technologies, caring for his cats, and researching biological initiatives.

Senior Facilities Consultant

Jim Clevenger serves as a Senior Facilities Consultant at DMK Project Solutions Services, bringing over 25 years of experience in engineering operations, critical facilities management, manufacturing, and mission-critical infrastructure. His background includes leadership across HVAC, electrical distribution, mechanical systems, compliance programs, emergency response planning, maintenance strategy, safety, and capital improvement initiatives. Jim brings a practical, reliability-focused approach to helping clients improve performance, reduce operational risk, and plan for long-term infrastructure needs.

Rachel Hoisington

Executive Administrator

Rachel Hoisington serves as an Executive Administrator at DMK Project Solutions Services, supporting business development, operations, research, market analysis, and internal coordination across infrastructure and consulting initiatives.
