- Attend all Design Development project team meetings
- Participate in construct-ability reviews at each design phase
- Review Drawings for all Value Engineering opportunities
- Review drawings against program
- Review all BIM modeling and ensure coordination
- Confirm Utility Feeds and design integration needs
- Review all MEP Routing
- Coordinate with Utility Providers on Substation requirements
- Confirm Design for Cooling (Hot Isle/Cold Isle)
- Support Connectivity to partners, carriers, and exchanges
- Work with Client Security Team on all design requirements and access
- Provide review comments at 30%, 60% and 90%
