We are very excited to have the new HDR renderings for the Coachella Valley Technology Center Campus project located in Southern California . These are very exciting times for our “Valued Partner” Stronghold Power.
The project has a great Data Center opportunity with both a Phase I (240 Acres) and a Phase II (210 Acres) . The power will be supplied from the New Energy Center which will be built in a P-3 with Stronghold Power ( Project Land Seller) and the City of Coachella, CA. The Energy Center will deliver the first quarter of 2029 with 300 MW. The new energy center is adjacent to Phase I.
