Lisa Bradford
– CEO

Lisa is the CEO of DMK Project Solutions Services. DMK is focused on delivering high-caliber results for its client’s by implementing solution-oriented approaches and project execution. DMK understands that fostering positive working relationships with customers, municipalities, utilities, regulators, designers, general contractors and suppliers is the key to delivering projects seamlessly for clients.
Lisa brings 30 years of experience in consulting, sales, marketing, project management and real estate. Lisa’s corporate experience began at Ford Motor Company, where she excelled across various disciplines and teams. From a Dealership Consultant to Truck Marketing Manager to Communication Manager for the Ford Division President, Lisa’s corporate experience serves as both a foundation for building DMK and a vast inventory of skills and a long list of connections that can help DMK’s clients achieve their goals.
Her experience in real estate adds another layer to her multifaceted expertise, providing her with insights into property markets, negotiations, and asset management. She’s adept at spotting trends, assessing risks, and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. She assists clients in determining their goals and objectives and works relentless and creatively to help them achieve those goals.
Kelly Sponseller
– VP of Operations

Kelly Sponseller is VP of Operations at DMK Project Solutions Services. She brings with her several decades of Administrative, corporate relations and operations management.
Her background in corporate recruiting and operations has made her an expert at working closely with client needs and expectations and making sure all deadlines are met to ensure that each client, vendor or teammate is felt like a priority.
She integrates her expertise in client relations, administrative savvy and her extreme attention to detail to ensure that each part of the DMK’s systems is running smoothly.
Kelly’s enthusiasm, tenacity and work ethic is something she brings to the workplace each day. She works hard on making sure that each task that comes across her desk is handled with the utmost professionalism and care.
She is excited to join the DMK team and she looks forward to working to bring a smile to each of our clients faces and to continue the excellent work that this company brings.
Paul Bradford
– President

Paul is the President of DMK Project Solutions Services, a company that provides Owner Representation Services for Data Centers and AI infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Paul brings with him over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and has specialized in the unique complexities of building and operating Data Centers.
Being a proven technical expert and an inspirational leader, Paul is adept at bringing high-performance project teams together and negotiating with the best vendors for DMK’s Clients projects.
He integrates his expertise in development, power planning-utility coordination, infrastructure, design management, construction management, process development, financial administration, and business strategy to deliver results to mitigate emerging risks for clients.
Paul has a history of serving in multiple senior leadership capacities, building consensus among executive teams and stakeholders, and promoting transparency and influence positive changes. He is driven by his passion for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for DMK’s clients in the data center and AI industry.
Greg Bradford
– VP Field Operations

As the Vice President of Field Operations at DMK Project Solutions Services, Greg oversees Owner Representation and Consulting Services within the development and construction industry. With over 30 years of experience, he is recognized as both a technical expert and an inspirational leader.
Greg excels in uniting high-performance project teams and negotiating with top vendors, ensuring the success of DMK’s client projects. His extensive expertise encompasses the full project life cycle, including development, utility coordination, infrastructure, design management, construction management, and project delivery. This diverse skill set enables him to effectively mitigate emerging risks and deliver projects on time for clients.
Throughout his career, Greg has held various leadership roles, fostering consensus among executive teams and stakeholders. He promotes transparency and drives positive change, always with a focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for DMK’s clients.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending quality time with his family and actively supporting various local associations in his community.
Mike Zorger
– Director Owner Rep Services

Mike Zorger brings over 24 years of expertise in the development and construction industry, with a reputation as an inspiring and natural-born leader. Throughout his career, Mike has successfully managed a wide range of large-scale projects across diverse sectors, including federal, private, mission-critical data centers, and commercial ventures.
His extensive experience in delivering projects across various U.S. markets has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge that directly benefits his clients. Mike excels in overseeing every facet of a project, from development and design to construction, power management, MEP coordination, and commissioning.
Outside of his professional achievements, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his family, snowboarding, fishing, and pursuing his passion as a professional photographer.
Dimone Long
– Director of Owner Rep Services

Dimone Long is a dynamic and inspirational leader with a proven track record in building high-performing project teams and securing top-tier vendors for DMK’s client initiatives. With a diverse skill set spanning development, power planning and utility coordination, infrastructure, design management, construction management, process development, financial oversight, and business strategy, Dimone excels at delivering innovative solutions that minimize risk and maximize results for clients.
Dimone holds a bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College, a Master’s degree from Rutgers Business School, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), further strengthening his expertise and approach to problem-solving. Throughout his career, he has held various senior leadership roles, where he’s been instrumental in aligning executive teams, fostering consensus among stakeholders, and driving transparency. His leadership is marked by a commitment to positive change, ensuring sustainable growth and strategic impact. Passionate about advancing the data center and AI industries, Dimone is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, sustainable solutions that meet the unique needs of DMK’s clients.
