 From day one, we set out to establish a new standard for Owner’s Representative Consulting. With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and diversity, we’ve earned recognition as a Certified Woman-Owned Small Business. Our focus on empowering women entrepreneurs within the construction industry remains central to our mission.

The vision for DMK Project Solutions Services began with a desire to fill a void in the Data Center space to help support owner-operators with getting their projects built on time and on budget. DMK is committed to supporting women in the construction industry and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment that has shaped our company’s foundation.

DMK’s leadership team has grown into a trusted partner, committed to delivering outstanding results while championing diversity and inclusion within the industry. At the helm of our operations is our President Paul Bradford, who brings over 40 years of expertise in the construction sector, particularly in Data Centers. His deep knowledge and industry connections are integral to the success of our projects, driving DMK’s reputation for excellence and reliability.

Supporting the leadership team and guiding the company is our Vice President of Operations, Kelly Sponseller. Kelly brings decades of leadership and organizational skills to the DMK Leadership team. Kelly’s outgoing personality and “Customer Focus” approach is always on display here at DMK.

Our DMK Field Operations is managed by Greg Bradford-Vice President of Field Operations, Greg like Paul brings over 35 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Greg’s unmatched expertise and passion for operational excellence ensure that our team delivers every project with precision and quality. Together, our leadership team’s combined experience and vision continue to guide DMK Project Solutions as we work to elevate every project we touch and empower our clients to succeed.
