Andrew Arquette, CPA, MBA
Chief Financial Officer for Fairlife
Andrew Arquette has a diverse work experience in financial and executive roles. Andy was one of the founders and served as the Chief Financial Officer at Fairlife, LLC, a company that produces high-quality nutrition-based dairy products. He was also instrumental in selling Fairlife to the Coca Cola Company.
Prior to that, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at HomeMade Pizza Company, where they focused on expanding the brand’s presence and driving growth and margin improvement. Andy also served as the Executive Vice President at Echo Global Logistics and was the Chief Financial Officer at Transora, responsible for finance, operations, and human resources.
Andy began his career at Kraft Foods and Arthur Andersen, where he gained experience in financial and operations roles.
Andy Arquette has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University, is a Certified Public Accountant(CPA) and has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of management.
Robert Arquette, MBA, JD
Vice President for HR, Benefits & Payroll Services, Dana Corporation – retired
Robert Arquette is the President of Employee Benefits Consulting Group L.L.C. with an active and on-going practice in all phases of Human Resources Management with a specialty in Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.
In his consulting role, he also designs and implements leadership programs and creates the HR vision for client companies. He has assisted several start-up companies in essential employee relations, including establishing key performance indicators to ensure results-oriented outcomes and the continuing growth of the client company. He recently retired from full-time Professor at Lourdes University in the College of Business and Leadership, teaching both graduate MBA and undergraduate Business courses.
His 40+ years overall experience at Dana Corporation, a Fortune 500 Company, includes a wide variety of HR-related experiences, including two Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Awards, Labor Relations on a national and international scale, and responsibilities for operations and financing of payroll, benefits and systems for a $13 billion corporation. He is known as a trusted, loyal, and service-oriented, key strategic and tactical contributor to the on-going success of an organization.
Mary Arquette, BS
Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Lourdes University – retired
Mary Arquette was the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Lourdes University. She served in that capacity for 18 years, overseeing all fundraising and development, marketing, advertising, communications, publications, website content, grants, alumni relations and events. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of Mobile Meals of Toledo and associated with that agency since 1979.
For over 50 years, she has worked with numerous nonprofit organizations and was a frequent presenter at national conferences. She is currently on the boards of Sylvania Community Services, Toledo School for the Arts and a member of United Way’s Campaign Cabinet. She also has worked in the area of advancement with the YMCA, YWCA, TutorSmart, Imagination Station, Girl Scouts of Western Ohio and Erie Shores Boy Scout Council.
She was named Woman of the Year by the Maumee Valley Girl Scout Council and was presented with the President’s Award from the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio. She was also recognized by the YWCA and the Women’s Management Forum with the Milestone Award and was awarded Central Catholic High School’s Golden Shamrock Award as the outstanding woman alumna. She has been presented with the Ray of Hope Award from the Sylvania Family Community Services. She was named the Professional Fundraiser of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
