Director of Business Development
Alexa Blondin is an executive operations and administrative professional who plays a central role in supporting leadership and firm-wide initiatives at DMK Project Solutions Services. As Executive Administrator, she provides high-level administrative, research, and strategic support that enables effective business development, market positioning, and internal planning. Her work helps streamline workflows, strengthen coordination across teams, and support informed leadership decision-making.
Outside of work, Alexa maintains an active lifestyle through running and weight training. She also enjoys attending electronic music events and techno shows, appreciating the energy and creativity of the live music scene.
Prior to joining DMK, Alexa served as a Senior Research Specialist at CNA, where she contributed to large-scale U.S. Department of Justice initiatives, including the Smart Policing Initiative, Public Safety Partnership, Justice Reinvestment Initiative, and Project Safe Neighborhoods. In this role, she supported assessments and evaluations through stakeholder interviews, qualitative data analysis, and the development of actionable findings and recommendations.
Her experience includes close collaboration with state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies nationwide, providing training and technical assistance, coordinating meetings, documenting insights, and supporting strategic planning efforts. She has worked across both analytical and operational functions, enabling her to translate complex information into clear, practical outcomes that support organizational improvement.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, she brings a strong foundation in organizational strategy, client coordination, and process support that contributes to the growth and effectiveness of the organization.
In her role, Rachel assists with research, market analysis, and internal coordination that support new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. She works closely with leadership and project teams to help track opportunities, organize client-facing materials, and maintain the internal systems that support business development activities. Her work helps ensure the team remains aligned, informed, and prepared as the company expands its consulting and infrastructure initiatives.
Prior to joining DMK, Rachel held several roles in customer service and administrative support, where she helped teams improve internal processes and strengthen communication across departments. Her experience includes coordinating administrative functions, supporting operational workflows, and implementing systems that improve organization and efficiency. She is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to quickly learn new systems, bringing a professional and collaborative approach that supports a well-coordinated and productive team environment.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her cats. She also appreciates spending time outdoors and taking walks when the weather is nice.

Also known as Jeremy Andre, Cain Able recently joined DMK Project Solutions as a Social Media Analyst, bringing a strong foundation in digital strategy and creative development. Before joining DMK, Cain operated a freelance web development business, where he gained hands-on experience in designing websites, optimizing user experiences, and creating engaging content. This entrepreneurial background has equipped him with a unique perspective on blending creativity with technical precision.
In his current role, Cain focuses on social media analytics and content strategy while also supporting website operations to ensure DMK’s digital presence remains dynamic and user-friendly. His ability to combine data-driven insights with creative storytelling positions him to contribute meaningfully as he grows with the team.

With a background spanning technology, administration, and client-facing operations, Rob brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to business development. His professional experience includes technical support, digital asset management, government administration, and archival research, providing him with a strong foundation in systems thinking and process improvement.
Prior to transitioning into business development, Rob worked extensively in technical support, where he served as a primary point of contact for end users, troubleshot complex issues, managed ticket workflows, and ensured timely resolution of service requests. He brings over 25 years of experience in engineering operations, critical facilities management, and manufacturing environments, with extensive expertise supporting high-availability infrastructure.
A proven operational leader and technical authority, James has led multidisciplinary teams across data center, industrial manufacturing, and utility-intensive environments. His experience includes oversight of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, mechanical infrastructure, compliance programs, emergency response planning, and capital improvement initiatives within highly regulated and uptime-sensitive operations.
James integrates his expertise in facilities engineering, preventative and predictive maintenance programs, reliability strategy, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and project execution to deliver measurable performance improvements while mitigating operational risk. His background in mission-critical environments enables him to balance reliability, cost control, and long-term infrastructure planning.
