Prior to joining DMK, she served as a Senior Research Specialist at CNA, supporting major U.S. Department of Justice initiatives through research, stakeholder engagement, and qualitative analysis. Alexa brings a collaborative, analytical, and results-oriented approach to her work, with a strong focus on turning complex information into clear strategies. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys running, weight training, and attending electronic music and techno shows.
Rachel Hoisington
Executive Administrator
Rachel Hoisington serves as an Executive Administrator at DMK Project Solutions Services, supporting business development, operations, research, market analysis, and internal coordination across infrastructure and consulting initiatives. With a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Management, Rachel brings strong organizational, client coordination, and process support skills to the team. She is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and collaborative approach to keeping teams aligned and prepared. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, exercising, spending time with her cats, and taking walks when the weather is nice.

Marketing Associate
Hannah Shepley is a Marketing Associate at DMK Project Solutions Services, bringing a strong foundation in visual communication, graphic design, and creative problem-solving. With a bachelor’s degree in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Hannah approaches marketing with both artistic vision and strategic focus. Her background in administration, customer service, and management has strengthened her organization, attention to detail, and practical understanding of client needs. In her free time, Hannah enjoys watching movies, attending concerts, and following Formula 1 racing.
Cain Able
Social Media Specialist
Cain Able, also known as Jeremy Andre, serves as a Social Media Specialist at DMK Project Solutions Services, bringing experience in digital strategy, content creation, web development, and user experience design. Before joining DMK, Cain operated a freelance web development business, gaining hands-on experience building websites, improving digital experiences, and creating engaging online content. In his role, he supports social media analytics, content strategy, and website operations to help strengthen DMK’s digital presence. Outside of work, Cain enjoys building web projects, exploring emerging technologies, caring for his cats, and researching biological initiatives.
Charlotte Lasseigne
Intern
Charlotte Lasseigne is DMK Project Solutions Services’ summer intern for the 2026 season and is currently pursuing a degree in health sciences at James Madison University. She brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in customer service, organization, and project coordination. This summer, Charlotte will support efforts to strengthen connection and communication between DMK and its partners while continuing to grow professionally. Outside of work and academics, Charlotte enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, visiting museums, working on her family’s farm, and horseback riding.
Jim Clevenger
Senior Facilities Consultant
Jim Clevenger serves as a Senior Facilities Consultant at DMK Project Solutions Services, bringing over 25 years of experience in engineering operations, critical facilities management, manufacturing, and mission-critical infrastructure. His background includes leadership across HVAC, electrical distribution, mechanical systems, compliance programs, emergency response planning, maintenance strategy, safety, and capital improvement initiatives. Jim brings a practical, reliability-focused approach to helping clients improve performance, reduce operational risk, and plan for long-term infrastructure needs.
